tt11 Terms & Conditions

All rules regarding account registration, betting, and payment management on the tt11 platform are described in detail here.

Important Notice: Please read these terms and conditions carefully before creating an account or using any service on the tt11 platform. By starting to use the platform, you are automatically considered to have fully accepted these terms.

1General Terms

tt11 is an online betting and casino platform that provides various gaming services for users in Bangladesh, including cricket betting, slots, live casino, and fishing games. The terms and conditions set out below form a legally binding agreement between the tt11 platform and all its users.

In this agreement, "user", "you", or "member" refers to any person registered on the tt11 platform. "tt11", "platform", or "we" refers to the tt11 management and operating team.

These terms apply together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines. Those documents are considered an integral part of this agreement.

2Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use the tt11 platform:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age or older (for 21+ only).
  • You must participate on the platform entirely of your own free will and by your own decision.
  • Each person may operate only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • All information you provide must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Self-excluded users may not open an account during the exclusion period.

tt11 may request identity documents or relevant verification papers for age verification at any time. Failure to provide documents within the specified time may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

3Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account on tt11, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. The information provided at registration is used for identity and transaction verification in the future.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account or to place bets on your behalf is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

Please note: tt11 will never ask for your password via email or message. Be cautious if you receive any such message.

3.3 Updating Information

If any of your personal details change (phone number, address, etc.), update them on tt11 immediately. tt11 will not be responsible for payment delays or account issues caused by outdated or incorrect information.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tt11 supports popular payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers (major commercial banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). No other methods outside this list are currently accepted.

4.2 Minimum Limits

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 for each method.
  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Standard withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Identity verification on the account must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawals from unverified accounts will be held pending. It is recommended that the deposit method and withdrawal method be the same.

Fraud Prevention: tt11 reserves the right to temporarily hold deposits or withdrawals if suspicious transactions are identified, and may request additional verification documents.

4.4 Transaction Fees

tt11 generally does not charge any additional fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile financial service provider may deduct their own charges, which are entirely subject to their policies and tt11 is not responsible for those.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on tt11 receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳26,000 or more gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳41,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn after placing ৳24,000 in bets. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount — not to the deposited amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
  • Attempting to take advantage of bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
  • The contribution percentage of certain games toward bonus wagering may be calculated differently — please read the details of each offer.
  • tt11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

6Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet placed on tt11 will only be considered final when the system provides a confirmation number. If no confirmation is received due to a technical error, that bet will not be considered valid and any deducted amount will be refunded.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers wagering on various sports including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football, and kabaddi. The rules for each market are detailed in the relevant section.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games are operated using software from licensed game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, JILI, PG Soft). These games use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology to ensure fairness of results.

6.4 Incorrect Prices & Errors

tt11 reserves the right to cancel bets placed due to technical errors or clearly incorrect odds. In such cases, the staked amount of the relevant bet will be returned to the user's account.

7Fair Play Policy

tt11 is committed to ensuring an equal and fair gaming environment for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Placing bets automatically using any software or bots.
  • Coordinated and pre-planned betting with the intent to exploit bonuses (bonus abuse).
  • Colluding with other users to play in a fraudulent manner.
  • Match fixing or using inside information for betting.
  • Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses or offers.

tt11's security team continuously monitors account activity. Appropriate action will be taken if suspicious activity is detected.

8Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by tt11

tt11 may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
  • Evidence of fraud, deception, or dishonest conduct.
  • Inability to verify age or identity.
  • Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
  • Bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts.

If an account is closed, any valid balance (excluding active bonuses) will be returned to the user.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. Self-exclusion is also available as part of responsible gaming.

9Responsible Gaming

  • Option to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.

11Limitation of Liability

While tt11 strives to provide uninterrupted service, liability will be limited in the following circumstances:

  • Service disruption due to technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues.
  • Losses resulting from errors in third-party software or game providers.
  • Unauthorized access to an account due to the user's own negligence or lack of security.
  • Unforeseen events (force majeure) — natural disasters, government directives, or other causes beyond our control.

tt11's total liability shall in no circumstances exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

12Changes & Updates to Terms

tt11 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through a notification on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the new terms. The date of the latest changes will always be noted at the top of the page under "Last Updated".
